Main Street Bookstore & Gifts is committed to being more than a bookstore—we're building a place where readers, families, educators, authors, businesses, and community organizations can connect.
Throughout the year we plan to host children's story times, author events, educational workshops, seasonal activities, literacy initiatives, and special community programs.

Local Author & Product Submissions
We welcome submissions from local authors and products who would like to be considered for future events, workshops, book signings, store placement and story times.
If you're interested, email us the below information at submissions@shopthemainstreet.com
The form will request information including:
- Contact information
- Book title(s)/ Products
- Category (Children's, Fiction, Nonfiction, Inspirational, Educational, Business, etc.)
- Target audience
- Book/Product Information
- Website and social media
Authors may also mail one review copy of their book for consideration or sample product.
Please note:
- Submission does not guarantee book placement, events, or partnerships.
- Opportunities are selected based on the needs and mission of the bookstore.
- We respectfully ask that submission requests not be made by phone so our team can focus on serving customers.
- Participation is generally voluntary. If a paid opportunity or partnership becomes available, compensation will be discussed individually.
